To be responsible for internal daily operational work with the highest possible customer service level and for the development of the business and process within assigned accounts, in order to maximize Arrow share and overall profitability as well as productivity. To build and develop close professional business relations (both external and internal).
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsibility for check-in and check-out as well as personal and telephone support for international guests
- Invoice management, monitor accounting and daily revenue report
- Implementation of the general NH service and quality standards
- Customer Relationship Management and data administration
- Generation of statistics and reports
- Night Audit ( position includes weekend and night shifts)
