As an Assistant you will be responsible for:
- managing the agenda of the manager,
- participation on operational and strategic meetings, preparation of minutes of meetings,
- translation of documents,
- coordination of communication among the company staff in European countries,
- planning the arrangements for the manager,
- assisting in overall execution of various tasks, e.g. reports, presentations.
