As accounting support, you are in relation with the accounting department and the operational department of the company to ensure correct flow of information and documents.
You are involved in different administrational tasks and responsible for the follow-up of all paper work for different departments. You report to the office manager and the accounting and are in contact with other departments as well as our external partners.
Your Responsibilities: (not limited to)
You coordinate transport administration to ensure invoicing to customers
You collaborate with accounting team to organize bookkeeping
You take care of operational cost monitoring
You give a support for HR related aspects and follow up of documents
You take care for the introduction and monitoring of insurance claims
You are in contact with office suppliers, together with the office manager
You assist management in daily organization of the office.
