Support for Immigration Team members
Communication with customers (personal and via phone) - accompanying the customers to the Foreign Police to submit applications for Residence Permits or Visas, to the notary office or assistance with formal handover of documentation; processing documentation - scanning originals, recording and further processing of documents relating to permits for work and stay of company customers
Basic communication personal and via phone with authorities in order to process paperwork or review information - Labour Office, Foreign Police, Embassies, Business Register, Cadastre Office, Notary Offices
Preparation of reports relating to service delivery and cost of immigration service
Dealing with agenda as per instructions form team members - consultant or manager.
Working hours and flexibility:
Important part of this job is dealing with Slovak authorities.
Junior Consultant must be available from 7.15 am to assist with submission of documentation at authorities (this is usually required 3 times per week , on other days office work starts at 8.30 am)
We are looking for a full time position (8 hours) but are willing to discuss also shorter hours 4-6(availability in the morning is required to fill the position)
