The Primary role of a Personal Assistant is to organise all things which come along with daily international business and who like daily new challenges.
One of the first tasks is to find an office and a warehouse in Bratislava or Nitra region. Workplace will be meanwhile in an interim shared office in Bratislava and home office.
• standard accounting procedures,
• searching premises for building factory
• communication to authorities
• updating webpage
• establishing marketing activities to advertise bicycles in Slovak and Czech Republic (B2B and B2C)
• writing offers and requiries to international suppliers and customers
• writing invoices
• Performing other tasks according to the instructions and requirements of daily wholesale business, production business, and internet sale business
