As part of the team Customer Support Engineer will provide the support of end customers using cutting edge telematics technology to control their cars using mobile app.
This includes troubleshooting and customer advisory on how to use the app, investigation of the issues and collaboration with software and hardware team in order to help customer use the product in most efficient and fun way.
- Familiarity with smartphones and mobile operating systems (Apple iOS / Android)
- Experience of working with the ticket managements systems (Zendesk, Jira, Helprace, Zoho etc.)
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Minimum 1 years’ experience of working in IT systems support as system or support engineer (Microsoft OR Linux environment)
