    What we would like you to have:
    – Fluent in French and another language (English, Italian or German – communicative level)
    – Some customer service experience (preferred, but not essential)
    – Professionalism and positive attitude towards – Secondary education or higher

    What we would like you to do:
    – Use your language and communication skills – handle inbound calls and e-mails.
    – Work as part of a high performing inbound customer services team on behalf of one of our clients.
    – Identify and propose the best solutions for each customer query and represent the brand.
    – Deliver a service that will delight our customers and provide a service to remember.
    – Maintain professional and ethical working practices at all times, adherence to company procedures.

    What we would like you to have:
