    We are a cooperation of more International Transport companies looking for Office Manager with competence to participate in ensuring of smooth running of the office in Senec.

    MAIN RESPONSIBIITIES:

    * Administrative work /classification of outgoing and incoming invoices, correspondence and documents for external firms/
    * Coordination and regulation the activities of Slovak drivers /solving technical problems and insurance claims/
    * Intensive communication in foreign languages with the parent company in Belgium /Belgian dispatching/ (Englisch and/or German)
    * Negotiation with company’s external firms /insurance and bookkeeping companies/
    * Support for company management /scheduling of accommodation in Slovakia, organization of meetings, translations/
    * Active work with the company’s internal systems /TX Connect, Navi Trans, Sappi Track&Trace/
    * Permanent communication with the drivers (occasionaly after working hours or weekends if necessary)
    * Assist with job interviews /SK drivers/

    Požiadavky na uchádzača

    * Dynamic and stress resistant person with sense for responsibility and initiative
    * Proactive, flexible, team player but also independent worker
    * English and/or German language on proficient level
    * Advanced experience in MS Office package
    * Education, minimum High school
    * Not a 9 till 5 mentality / you must be reachable 24 hours/day
    * Willing to visit motner companies in Belgium and Netherlands, receiving guests in SK /can be also during the weekend/
    * Experience in field of transport and logistics is a plus.
