The Cambridge International School is looking for a full time role of Communications & Events Administrative Assistant to provide clerical support to the Communications & Events Manager as well as administrative assistance to the wider Management team.
Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office;
- Provide support in organising and running school events;
- Prepare outgoing emails, general notices and create, update and translate documents in both English and Slovak;
- Proof read content, including but not limited to website and social media posts;
- Assist with the creation of materials (school posters, certificates, invitations, leaflets etc.;
- Check and compare data for accuracy and completeness;
- Update and maintain databases;
- Organize and schedule appointments;
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
