GBS HR Analyst will execute processes and deliver services and results to the business units (internal clients).
GBS HR Analyst will be responsible for:
- Execute processes regarding of data efficiently, on-time and with quality in area of training & development.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy of training records in Global HR database systems
- Follow established processes, policies, and procedures control documentation, process
flows and procedures, including preparation of regular reports
- Deliver results according to the SLAs and other goals defined by GBS HR Leader
- Identify and implement opportunities of continuous improvement on the performed activities
- Manage Employee Records
- Be an expert on HR processes for different countries (Brazil, China, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Slovakia and USA)
- Make sure HR processes are being performed according to desired service levels and quality
- Understand and respect different cultures (from Brazil, China, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Slovakia and USA) developing a friendship and cooperative environment
